1. Preamble

4. Order

5. Payment

6. Delivery

When an order concerns several Products with different availability dates, the shipment date of the Products is based on the earliest availability date. THE FASHION PARADOX, however, reserves the right to split shipments.

THE FASHION PARADOX cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.

The Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. Delivery is by post or Colissimo.

In the case of sending by Colissimo, if the Customer is not present at the delivery address indicated in his order on the day of delivery, a delivery notice is left in his mailbox. It is up to the Customer to collect the package from the postal services, under the conditions mentioned on the delivery notice.

7. Title retention clause

The Products remain the property of THE FASHION PARADOX until full payment of the price.

8. Right to retract

In accordance with articles L.121-20-12 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer benefits from a right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days following receipt of the Product, without having to justify reasons for this retraction; Customers will have to pay postal charges.

10. Guarantees

THE FASHION PARADOX is responsible for any lack of conformity existing during delivery of the Product. The Customer must take action resulting from the lack of conformity within two years from delivery of the Product.

It is also liable for hidden defects in the Products. The Customer must take action to guarantee hidden defects within two years following receipt.

11. Responsibility

THE FASHION PARADOX is responsible for the proper execution of the obligations incumbent upon it under the General Terms and Conditions, whether these obligations are to be carried out by itself or by other service providers, without prejudice to its right of recourse against them.
