Do the products conform to the photos on the site?
On the site, each product is subject to the most complete description possible. However, descriptions and visuals may change slightly.
Some hardware parameters are taken into account for the visual rendering of the products (colorimetry, parameters of your computer screen, supplier visuals, etc.).

Are the products of good quality?
All our products are selected with great care, they are tested and our suppliers respect rigorous specifications. If a product encounters manufacturing defects or raises recurring problems, our team notifies the supplier and stops its distribution.
My order is damaged, what should I do?
We do everything we can to deliver items in perfect condition and complete orders. However, it cannot be ruled out that an incident may occur.
If your package or item is damaged:
Inform the delivery person, immediately if possible, that the package is damaged then contact our customer service: contact@the-fashion-paradox.com
Customer service will address the issue with you and ask you to provide the following:
An overall photo of the package (external appearance) on which the label is visible
An overview photo of the item
A close-up of the damaged part of the item.
