We have chosen to offer you 100% free eco-shipping, which is more respectful of the environment. With this shipping method, the customer does not have access to delivery tracking. On average, our packages arrive within 15 to 20 business days from the shipping date.

Order incomplete?


If your order is incomplete, don't worry, we sometimes ship your order in several packages for logistical reasons and to save you additional delivery costs. However, if you do not receive your entire order after the announced 15 working days of delivery, contact our customer service.

Returns and Exchanges

We do everything we can to deliver items that meet your expectations and in perfect condition. However, you have the option of requesting a refund (if you are eligible), a size exchange or a credit in the form of a voucher to use on our site for six months.

If your return request is approved, you have 14 days after receipt of your order to send us your return.

If your package or item is damaged:

Inform the delivery person, immediately if possible, that the package is damaged and then contact our customer service by email within 7 days of receipt.

Customer service will address the issue with you and ask you to provide the following:

an overall photo of the package (external appearance) on which the label is visible
an overall photo of the item
a close-up of the damaged part of the item.
